Thermal Energy System Details:
The Independent is heated and cooled by a Mitsubishi City-Multi air-source heat pump system. The system is equipped with advanced technology which varies the speed of the compressor for more efficient cooling and heating. Domestic hot water is provided by a natural gas boiler.
