Nakade

Nakade is a multi-family complex located at London Landin, comprised of sixteen high-end waterfront homes that located in three buildings. Nakade utilizes a geo-exchange system to provide the building loop with a constant temperature allowing the homeowners to heat or cool their units year-round via water-to-air heat pumps.

Connect has noticed over the past few years that during the summer months latent heat has been building up in the ground and is thus working to install a heat dissipation system. One of Connect’s internal goals is to have equipment within our projects operate efficiently. Although Connect does not own or operate the heat pumps within the individual suites, ensuring our customers are satisfied and that all equipment operates efficiently is important to us as an organization.
