One Water Street
Thermal Energy System Details:
One Water Street is heated and cooled by Daikin Aurora series air-source heat pump systems. The Aurora series is the newest development in air source heat pumps, with the One Water Street development being the first release in Canada. The One Water Street project has a total of residential 427 suites, with 222 suites in Tower 1 and 205 suites in Tower 2, plus 14 commercial units.
