Parc Riviera

Parc Riviera is a master planned community that contains a mixture of apartment and townhome residences that extend along the North Arm of the Fraser River. The Parc Riviera Energy Centre is the heart of a large thermal energy system that provides geo-exchange heating and cooling for 878 homes. The system is designed to serve over 1800 residents with space heating and cooling. The geo-exchange system also pre-heats the domestic hot water for all residents. The system has been in operation since 2013 and has successfully met the residents heating and cooling loads. Connect has been regularly upgrading the system to ensure steadfast service.
