Thermal Energy System Details:
Parc Elise utilizes a high-efficiency boiler and chiller arrangement with four-pipe fan coil units providing heating and cooling for the suites. This is a time-tested reliable system, with provisions for potential future connection to a district energy system. Domestic hot water is also provided via the boiler system.
